In order to attract more Employees for open job offers at VB, we produced multiple clips to target candidates on social media platforms, that offered a glimpse inside the company but mostly focused on their potentially new colleagues.

Current employees of VB Group share their experiences with the company, day to day operations and all the benefits and extra’s you receive when working with VB. Focused on the family like team, all supported by animated elements designed by us to pull candidates into the video from moment one. Opening with portraits of the employees and incorporating the brand identity into the videos.
